- Fruity Mooncake: Fruity chocolate shell with a 56% dark chocolate base filled with soft coconut cream with crunchy raspberry grains.
- Matcha Mooncake: The matcha recipe is surprising in taste which balances matcha, cocoa nibs, and sweetness.
- Dark Suprema Mooncake: 60% dark chocolate shell filled with our creamy dark chocolate Suprema spread, our special Gianduia N.3. Vegan friendly.
- Milk Chocomousse: Milk chocolate filled with milk chocolate mousse
- Dark Chocomousse: Extra dark chocolate mousse covered with a 75% dark chocolate shell
- Truffle with hazelnuts: Cocoa and milk chocolate truffle with toasted Piedmont hazelnut fragments, mixed with butter and olive oil and dusted with cocoa powder
- Truffle with salted nuts: Chocolate truffle with salted pistachios, almonds and Piedmont hazelnuts dusted with icing sugar
- Mediterraneo Truffle: A soft white chocolate dough, almonds and pistachios from Sicily with lemon peels
- Dubledone Pistachio: A half shell of rich pistachio encloses a soft, savoury dried fruit paste, topped with an entire toasted pistachio
- Dubledone: Whole roasted Piedmont hazelnut covered with a soft double Gianduja flavoured shell (milk and white)
